Meech attributes her high success rate in injury rehabilitation - particularly with back pain, loss of joint mobility and soft tissue injuries, to her passion for understanding the human anatomy and biomechanics. Esther Hankinson
Esther began her Pilates journey back in 2002 in Sydney after having her fourth child and feeling the need to get strong again. She quickly developed a love for Pilates and the benefits that good movement brings.

Esther’s passion lies in helping clients to align and strengthen their bodies. So often people suffer unnecessarily from pain, purely because of weakness and misalignment.
