Viv is a firm believer that in order to stick to a fitness routine, it must motivate, challenge mentally and physically and above all be something that you enjoy doing!

Meech Aspden

Meech specialises in Clinical Pilates and is a Master Trainer in multiple modalities - she trained to an elite level with Polestar Pilates, TRX, ViPR, Barre, Rumble Roller and PTA Global (Personal Training Academy). She has developed and delivered internationally recognised education courses and presented at global health and fitness symposiums.

Meech attributes her high success rate in injury rehabilitation - particularly with back pain, loss of joint mobility and soft tissue injuries, to her passion for understanding the human anatomy and biomechanics. She takes a pragmatic and individualised programming approach using a combination of Pilates, functional training, stretch techniques and myofascial release.

Esther Hankinson

Esther began her Pilates journey back in 2002 in Sydney after having her fourth child and feeling the need to get strong again. She quickly developed a love for Pilates and the benefits that good movement brings.

Esther has over 15 years teaching experience, and is a Polestar Pilates mentor for instructors in training.

Esther’s passion lies in helping clients to align and strengthen their bodies. So often people suffer unnecessarily from pain, purely because of weakness and misalignment. Teaching people to move well, which will automatically recruit and strengthen the correct muscles, is beneficial for clients in and out of the studio.

Debra Barrow

Growing up, sports were always a big part of Deb’s life with health and fitness her priority. Over the years Deb practiced many different forms of exercise before walking in the doors of Studio Three in 2018 as a client and discovering her passion for Pilates.

Thanks to the support and mentoring from Master trainer Meech and Studio Owner Viv, Deb was able to go from an enthusiastic student to an inspiring and very popular instructor with an international certification in Reformer Pilates. Her goal as an instructor is to make every class fun and for her clients and for them to leave feeling better than when they arrived.
